The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training has demanded that universities publish details about facilities, quality and finances.
The published information must also include the number of graduates who have found work and the cost of tuition.
Universities will be inspected before January 15, 2010. those who don’t comply with the new demands will be punished.
