Sports Bar In Danang!

I am as surprised as the next person to learn that Danang has a sports bar, well at least by name anyway. The 3 Ladies Sports Bar on Dong Da Street is as you would expect run by 3 ladies and has a few things which are required for a bar to be a sports bar. The location is quite good, out front of the Danang Hotel and the bar is quite large, plenty of seating and lots of room around the pool table.

The name of the 3 Ladies Sports Bar is new but there has been a (very quiet) bar here for quite some time, this new name is hopefully a new re-invention that will attract more customers and make this place a worthy member of Danang’s bar scene. One benefit of this place over Danang’s main expat bar, the Bamboo2 is that it is open all day and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I leave judgment on the quality of the food up to you, what can you really expect from a bar?

To be considered a sports bar you need more than just a pool table, there are TVs for watching sports, mostly football I would imagine. One vital ingredient that is missing is atmosphere, the place has never felt like a bar, certainly not a major expat hangout and never has it had the feel of a real sports bar. The good news is that you can help improve the atmosphere, with more people and a few more improvements this place has the potential to become an expat regular.
