Rose Van is a Da Nang local who has been perfecting her cooking skills from a young age. Her experience cooking for her family, friends, restaurants, businesses, and events in Danang and Ho Chi Minh city has taught her the intricacies of Vietnamese cuisine.

She is now offering cooking classes to locals and tourists to spread her love for cooking to people from around the world. Rose shows you how to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends, and how to navigate the local markets and select the right ingredients. Her classes are all hands-on and are designed to inspire confidence in people wanting to make their favorite meals in the comfort of their own home. This is a great way to explore Vietnam’s unique food culture and hear the stories behind the food.

Rose’s Kitchen is conveniently located near the picturesque Thuan Phuoc Bridge and features a nice shaded garden area to relax and enjoy the food after you prepare it. Classes are offered 7 days a week mornings or evenings. Weekly classes are also offered for people who want to continue learning new meals to cook.
