There are 3 rooms for rent in a big house in the city center of Da Nang. The owner uses the basement of the house for storing furniture for her shop across the street. It’s a normal Vietnamese house with 4 levels and terrace on the roof. There is a shared kitchen and living room with television and DVD player. There is a WIFI internet connection in the house and also a washing machine.
There are 3 rooms for rent and all the rooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink. The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and a closet. They all are between the 25 and 35 m2 and have a balcony. Just one of the rooms has air-conditioning.
The 2 rooms without the A.C. are on the second level of the house where it is a bit cooler than the levels above and they have a fan. The owner of the house is a nice and friendly woman who likes to look after you and help you with everything you need.
The house is located at the center of the city (Ong Ich Khiem St.) and the cost is $200 USD a month. Besides that you have to pay some money for the electricity and the internet but that’s not a big bill ($15-40 USD p/m).
Currently there is staying a Vietnamese couple and a Dutchman in the house both in their twenties. It’s a perfect house for people who are staying here for a couple of months! If you think that living in a decent Vietnamese house will fit you?
