WELCOME TO THE INTERNATIONAL FOOD FAIR brought to you by Danang University of Economics – The University of Sunderland – Towson University. The Food Fair is one of the activities of students to welcome Lunar New Year. This is an annual activity of students from the University of Sunderland and Towson University in Danang.
When you come to the Food Fair you will get the chance to taste many foods from 11 countries including Russia, Finland, France, Italy, Mexico, Pakistan, Thailand, China, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. This is a good chance for you not only to taste the food but also to make friends with other guests and students.
At the Food Fair you will be attracted by the dishes from Thailand with a harmonious blend of the spicy, the subtle, the sweet and sour, these foods are meant to be equally satisfying to eye, nose and palate. From Italy we will prepare traditional dishes of pizza and spaghetti and from Korea is the stable side dish- kimchi.
A particular treat will be the typical dishes of Mexico especially nachos and Mexican barbecue, these dishes along with all of the others will be prepared and served professionally by university students. The first International Food Fair will be a wonderful event which is coordinated between students of TUD09 class of Towson University and SUD09 class of University of Sunderland.
The Food Fair will be a wonderful event of food, drink and music and new friendships. As students of the University we hope that you will be pleased with our good service.
TIME AND PLACE: The International Food Fair is going to be celebrated on the 17th of January, 2010. Building A in Danang University of Economics (71 Ngu Hanh Son street). The food fair will be from 10a.m to 2p.m.
TICKETS: Each ticket is 5,000 VND, one ticket can be exchanged for one dish. Tickets are now available, ticket bookings can be made by contacting Mr. Minh: 0983495089.
