Danang Survey 01 Results

Just a short summary of the first survey that I have posted on InDanang.com – Which is your favourite bar in Danang? Voting has now closed but you can still vote for the other survey in the sidebar on the right of this post.

Personally I am surprised that Le Funk only received 3 votes (7%), perhaps not many of Le Funk’s patrons visit this site. Red Sky came in with 4 votes (9&) probably due to the fact that Red Sky is much more of a restaurant than a bar. Red Sky is doing much better in the second poll – Best value western food in Danang?

I included an other section and assume that people who selected this option wanted to give their approval to Seventeen Saloon, Phuong Dong or another place that I would consider to be a nightclub rather than a bar, I will create another survey for nightlife in Danang.

The Waterfront was the clear winner of this Danang Community Survey with 18 out of 44 votes (41%), this is only surprising considering that the Waterfront is quite new. Despite only having been opened for a few months it is clear that lots of people know about it and enjoy it.

The Bamboo2 came in second, perhaps this result shows that the Bamboo2 is becoming more of a traveler hangout rather than dedicated expat bar, the place is always lively and busy. I think this survey has also highlighted the fact that Danang now has a variety of bars to suit the needs of most people.
