Brown Bean Coffee

In what I would call an unusual location for an upmarket coffee shop, this place is 10 minutes from the city center and really only convenient if you are on your way to or from Hoi An. It is a nice cafe, big, spacious and well furnished.

During Lunar new Year the prices are reasonable, 16,000 VND for a “Cafe Den Saigon”. Some cafes are charging double during Tet to help pay for staff wages which can triple during the holiday season.

The music is quiet with a mix of English and Vietnamese. Unfortunately no food is served, which is a shame as it would be a great place to spend a few hours or grab a bite to eat.
