Construction has begun on T20 Beach to build a "Beach Bar Club". From the looks of the picture that is at the construction site, it will include a swimming pool, park and entertainment area. I would estimate that it will be about six months before the "Bar" is operational. The beach pathway now extends all the way from Pham Van Dong Beach, past My Khe Beach until T20 Beach. The beach road is a nice place for a walk, run or to cycle. new hotels are also currently under construction including a 20 storey "resort" just north of Pham Van Dong Beach.
