A riverfront cafe which most people are unaware of, this place is a good little retreat and certainly doesn’t feel as though it is in the heart of the city. Located on Dao Xanh (Green Island), Amazon Cafe is a large place with gardens, water features and seating right on the river.
It is a romantic place, a few rocking chairs for couples as well as romantic lighting. It is one of the few cafes in the city where you can’t here the noise of passing traffic. personally I think it is best to come here in the early evening about 5:30 pm and leave when the sun has set.
The prices are reasonable and the service is quite good, I haven’t tried the food, there is a basic food menu.
